● We are pleased to offer free shipping in the United States (contiguous) on all orders of $150 and more. Please find below the shipping rates per order total. You will find that these flat rate shipping quotes are less than you would generally find on eBay, Etsy, or Chairish.
● Free shipping does not apply to furniture.

Shipping Furniture
o Free shipping does not apply to furniture. Furniture requires a shipping quote pre-final payment. We will contact you once your order is placed to let you know the shipping amount and arrange for the shipping payment.**
o We work to find the best partners to ensure items are securely delivered with proper packaging.
▪ Weight and distance are the main factors of shipping costs, and we will work to keep these charges as low as possible by working with trusted logistics partners.
▪ At checkout for your furniture items, your zip code will help us calculate the shipping amount. For White Glove service for larger items, more than 60 pounds, please find below the general ranges for shipping. ** Shipping may be slightly less or more based on the final quote we receive from the White Glove agency.
▪ West Coast PDT Zone averages $250 - $450
▪ Mountain Zone averages $350 - $550
▪ Central Zone averages $400 - $600
▪ Eastern Zone averages $450 - $675
▪ Southeast and Florida $500 - $700
▪ We do not markup shipping for furniture items, or any items, as you might find with other sites. We work with several trusted partners to find the best quote for delivery to your home, placement in the correct room, and removal of packing materials.
▪ If you prefer to have the item left at your door, please let me know at contact@thetrouver.shop and we can arrange for that type of delivery.
▪ Leaving a shipment at the front door or garage entry does not include removing packaging, or disposal of packing materials.
o Once a shipping price and partner have been selected and paid for, we will provide tracking numbers and contact details. We believe in open and consistent communication to get these beautiful pieces to your home.
o We are currently reviewing our White Glove service provider options with the following goals in mind.
▪ Once your item arrives at the designated local receiver, you will be contacted with a four-hour delivery window.
▪ The item will be carried into your home, placed in the room of your choice, and any packing material will be removed.
o Within an 80-mile radius from Seattle City proper, my team and I can deliver larger furniture items to you for a $110 delivery fee.
o We also offer free pickup of furniture and all items from our Issaquah Highlands, Washington location (98029). We will need to coordinate and plan for a pickup date and time.
Shipping Timeline
● Most items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing takes 3-7 working days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-10 working days from our location in the Seattle area. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information so you can view your package traveling to you.
● The delivery time for large furniture pieces delivered outside the West Coast area is sometimes difficult to pinpoint. We try our best to provide you with current information from the courier to allow us both to track it as it travels.
Packing
● We work to ensure that your items are in the proper, careful, and protective packaging. Our packing boxes can be recycled.
